Abstract:The Internet is big. Really big. You just won't believe how vastly hugely mind-bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist, but that's just peanuts to the Internet. Locating conversations and content related to you in this rapidly growing and changing environment is daunting. Failure to find these conversations means failure to engage with your audience. This session examines techniques and tools for filtering the noise and discovering important conversations.
