The selected candidate will be a key member of a small (4-5 person) team developing enterprise web applications. The focus on most applications involves a web front end to one or more databases on the back end. Most applications involve implementation of user roles/responsibilities as well as work flow. Candidate should be very knowledgeable and proficient in developing robust, user friendly applications in a team environment. The ability to perform fast prototyping is highly desirable as a means of soliciting user feedback and requirements development. Candidate should be able to offer architecture/design recommendations with associated trade-offs (development schedule, speed of execution, modularity, ease of maintenance/modification, testability, security, etc.) Note: Although this is shown as a 6 month contract, if candidate performs well and conditions permit, this position may be extended or converted into a full-time position. U.S. Citizenship is required. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Skills/Experience:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The development is using Scrum development methodology and experience with Scrum is a plus. Other required experiences include ASP.Net/C#, .NET Framework 2.0 &amp;amp; 3.5, RIA technologies (AJAX, Silverlight), performance tuning, SQL Server, Oracle, Visual Studio 2005 and 2008, TestPartner, FarPoint Spread, Web Services, LINQ, and MVP design pattern. Desired experiences include Team Foundation Server 2008, graphic design, SOA, SharePoint Designer, TDD, ClearQuest/Requisite Pro, Continuous Integration, jQuery, and Entity Framework.&lt;img src="http://www.drowningintechnicaldebt.com/ShawnWeisfeld/aggbug/560.aspx" width="1" height="1" /&gt;</description>
